BRIEF HISTORY

 

The company has been in business since 1994. It was incorporated on February 11, 1994 with Securities and Exchange Commission ( SEC ) and was granted SEC Registration Certificate No. AS094-001783 on 24th of February 1994.

 

Prior to its incorporation as a trading firm, its proprietor, Mr. Oscar Rodriguez was engaged in the manufacture of ceramic roofing tiles since the early 80’s. The shift to trading gave the company more flexibility in terms of pricing and variety of products offered. The change in business model also reduced costs of maintaining a factory thus allowing the firm to remain profitable even during times of economic instability.
